Louis XVI "carnet de bal", in solid gold, in two tones and translucent green enamel. Carved mounts and frames with bouquets and garlands of flowers. On one side the word "souvenir" and a medallion in relief representing an allegory bearing a banner on which are engraved the words : "Beauty and virtue". On the other side the word "friendship" and the monogram LB in chiseled gold. Inside, the notebook of ivory sheets riveted with gold and its pencil with gold tip also. Push button and hinge.
